We are pilots, both full-time contract, Chief Pilots and Flight Department Managers who recognized the need to streamline how contract pilots/flight attendants and aircraft owners/operators connect and fill open contract positions. We want this process to be fast and easy, using a pool of current and qualified Flight Crew Members (FCM’s) who will post their available days to cover contract trips.
