is:To offer each contract FCM a Group Medical Health Plan (HMO’s and PPO’s) for themselves and/or their family members. The same Group Health Plans you find at large Fortune 500 companies. This is a FREE membership until this Group Health coverage can be obtained from either Aetna, United Health Care or Cigna. After we can obtain the right to offer coverage, we will than charge a small monthly fee to each insured member and then the member can choose from the available Health Care plans he/she would like to have. We must reach a certain number of paying members on this site before we can apply for this type of Health Coverage. After joining this site to use the Contract Pilot services, just check the box when you are Creating A New Account and you will be added to the list. Joining “CJP Private Association” is FREE until health coverage is offered.**All states require a certain amount of members before Group Health Plans can be offered to its members, and members must also be paying a membership fee to an official Association, Group or Organization before this type of coverage can be offered.

Receive an instant text that someone has inquired if you want to cover their trip.
Accept or Decline the trip.
Go to the Master Calendar and post their trip details on whatever days the FCM is needed including travel days.
“When the list of available FCMs populates below, click on the FCM’s “Review Experience” button to review their experience.” Then click “Hire” after you choose an FCM that suits you. Pay the daily rate and then a text message will be sent to that FCM for Acceptance or Denial of the trip.
Wait for them to Accept or Decline the trip.
If Accepted you will get their phone number so you can connect with them about the trip.
Your credit card will be charged for the daily fee for the duration of the trip depending on which Class of aircraft it is.
These Flight Crew Members are full time contractors who’s only means of work is through contract trips.
These Flight Crew Members can post their days off, vacation time, or when their aircraft is down for maintenance, so they can fill contract trips in advance and know what they’ll be doing weeks or months into the future.

An aircraft owner, operator or management company can now seek a FCM in a specific location world-wide. You can have the aircraft moving almost immediately or know immediately that you have someone on location ready to fly.
We don’t ONLY post open job advertisements on our “Open Jobs Board” page, we allow any “Member” who is SEEKING a Flight Crew Member to simply click the SEEKING AIRCREW button, post their trip information on a Master Calendar and then a list of ready and available FCM’s (Flight Crew Members) will be provided. The SEEKER will enter Make/Model of aircraft to be flown, Pilot or Flight Attendant, if pilot PIC or SIC, if pilot 12 month currency or not required, and total dates needed to complete the entire trip, then submit the request. Then the calendar will automatically generate a list of FCM’s that have already confirmed to be available for the days they are needed, then the SEEKER can look through each FCM’s full credentials list before choosing one that suits their needs. Then they simply choose the FCM from the list who they want to hire. That FCM will get an immediate text message asking if he/she is interested in the contract and they can immediately reply “yes” or “no” after seeing the basic details of the trip.
